My First Visit to the Dentist
As old as I am, I visited the Dentist for the first time in my life this year. (Don't air me ooo) Firstly, I have always been skeptical about going to see a Dentist. This is because I had a friend who went and came back with torn lips due to the Dentist's mistake. So, I tried to reach out to the Dentists that I knew personally and trust that they won't tear up my mouth or lips. Unfortunately, none resides in Lagos. Then, my gum started bleeding every time I brushed my tooth. So, I knew I had to visit one. Also, I had HMO Insurance Plans that covered seeing a Dentist. So, I decided to go. Plus, I won't be paying na (What could probably go wrong) On seeing the Dentist, it was discovered that I had plaque and gum inflammation. Lemme explain....
